Too long

Good morning my little bean!  Grandma has been sick.  I haven't even been able to read my email or anything.  Sorry I haven't posted on your blog.  Plus Christmas is Sunday.  I lost a week and a half of time I could have had to work on Christmas.  Anyway, here is a cute picture of your dorky parents on their trip to Salt Lake to get Christmas gifts.

Skype

Daddy and I tried to Skype last night with no success.  When you're old enough to read this (at 3 years old I'm sure) Skype will probably be a thing of the past.  But last night, your dad tried and I tried but got frustrated and finally gave up.  I have to make sure our video phone conferencing is set up so when you get here Mommy and Daddy can call me and I'll be able to see you!  It'll be fun when you're old enough to call me yourself! 

Nora & Bailey

A co-worker of grandma's brought her baby girl, Nora, in so we could play with her.  She's 1 year old.  I had Bailey here too and they played on the floor.  It was so cute!  It got grandma so excited to have her little bean in her arms, teasing Bailey!  I can't wait till you're here, sweetie!

Toes

Mommy is having a hard time finding her toes!  For a good reason...YOU!  She ate 6 tacos last night.  Daddy said they were small tacos.

Hi my little bean,

This is mommy.  She is about 6 months pregnant with you.  She had a bit of a rough spot, being sick and hormones, but she seems to be doing well now.  I hope she's eating good stuff (and not hot cheetos and soda)!  She loves you very much and her and your daddy keep changing their minds about what to call you. 

When they first found out, they told me they wanted to call you Olivia.  I like that name.  Then they decided on Emma.  I like that name too.  It doesn't matter what they call you cause you'll always be my little bean!  This picture was taken in November 2011.

I live so far away and I wanted something you could see everyday if you wanted.

When Mommy and Daddy told me the news, that they were expecting you, I was SO excited!  I was even more excited when I found out you were a girl.  I've always wanted a girl.  Now our little family of 4 is growing to 5 soon.

I call you my little bean.  Your first picture reminded me of a bean.

Hopefully, Daddy, Mommy, and Uncle Shawn will also post pictures, videos and thoughts as you grow up.  Then we'll all have a nice online scrapbook of you as you grow up!
